FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Do I still need my issued car park permit on display?
A. From 2024 your car park permit is not necessary. Although, we would advise you keep on display as a quick visual, at least until the end of August 2024.
2. How do I update or change my vehicle registration number, so it is correct on the car registration list?
A. Please use the Vehicle Registration Form on the Website. You will have to provide your vehicle details and current membership number. Alternatively, please send written communication (email ONLY) to our Membership Secretary (membership@exmouthrugby.co.uk). Please advise the vehicle registration number you would like to be added. Also, the vehicle registration number to be removed. At least 7 days written notice please.
3. I have two car park permits as part of my family membership. My child plays in an U18 age group and uses a different car to go to training. Do they have to Pay?
A. Officially you have up to two vehicle registered. Please use on-site temporary parking registration equipment. Bona Fide users must input their registration in the tablet provided, one will be held in the main changing room for those that come training. It is the responsibility of the driver, to enter their registration number, anytime from when they arrive to before they leave the parking zone.
4. I have two cars, however sometimes I use an alternative works vehicle. I have two registration logged with my membership. How can I use a third vehicle?
A. If you use an alternative vehicle on a very occasional basis; Use on-site temporary parking registration equipment. Bona Fide users must input their registration in the tablet provided, one will be held in the main changing room for those that come training/playing. Or the main clubhouse when it is open. It is the responsibility of the driver, to enter their registration number, anytime from when they arrive to before they leave the parking zone.
5. It says you can pay for parking, does this mean anyone can park as long I pay?
A. We are not advertised as an open car park for the public. We became increasingly concerned by the number of vehicles who park in the club ground, at all times, without having membership or right to be there. Payment for parking is allowed, with all proceeds going to Exmouth RFC. This will be used in support of our club.
6. How long do I get in the DROP OFF ONLY Zone?
A. The area in front of the club house main front door is the Drop Off Zone. A vehicle has maximum 30 minutes waiting time from arrival. Any overrun will result in a penalty imposed. Please do not block gateways
7. I am a visitor (player, coach, match official, supporter, relative, contactor, guest) to a game/club/private event, what to do I?

8. Are the Car Parking rules hard and fast?
A. As long as our members and visitors adhere to the guidelines, all will operate with issue. The Board of Exmouth RFC will constantly review operations to evaluate if improvement and changes can be made.
