There has been a significant increase in the number of vehicles which park in the EXMOUTH RUGBY CLUB car park, whilst not a member or bona fide visitor. A Member Benefit of being part of Exmouth Rugby Football Club, car parking at our club is included in your current annual membership. Genuine users of our club house facilities, including all who hire our venue have approved access. With this in mind the Board of Directors decided to ensure we protect our members right to park and introduce a parking system, managed by an industry approved external company; SMART PARKING

The system will be a combination of ANPR Camera (Camera Controlled); on-site temporary parking registration equipment; a car parking card payment system and use of the Ringo Parking App for those not registered as permit holders at the club. Any revenue gained from car parking will be used to fund our rugby club activities.

All vehicles not adhering to the car park use requirements will be monitored by SMART PARKING, who will impose and collect the appropriate parking charge notice in accordance with displayed parking regulations. This is managed by SMART PARKING, not Exmouth RFC.

MEMBERS * From THURSDAY 29th FEBRUARY 2024, providing your vehicle registration numbers, linked to your current club membership are up to date on the VEHICLE REGISTRATION DETAILS FORM, you do not need to do anything else. You can park freely in the designated areas. The ANPR Camera system will recognise you going in and out.

Any guests, visitors and bona fide users of our club house when open, are required to enter their car registration number at a tablet registration point inside the club house (similar to hotels etc). There is also a [b]tablet recognition point[/b] in the main changing block for visiting players, club and all match officials. Used correctly, genuine users will be registered for the period they are on site. For anyone else PAYMENT MUST be made via the Ringo App, as appropriate.

PLEASE NOTE clear compliant signage and camera are installed on site. Saturday & Sunday parking will have to be marshalled by our volunteers to ensure correct parking alignment. The area in front of the club house building is a Drop Off Only zone, with limited time period of 30 minutes.
