A helpful, step by step guide to purchase your EXMOUTH RUGBY membership is attached below.

Please follow the instructions to set up or login to your RFU GMS account and then buy your membership.

ERFC membership is now processed through the RFU Game Management System (GMS),
where you can make online payments for the memberships that are applicable to you and your relationships within the system. Those memberships will state whether you can purchase as a full payment or by direct debit instalments over the course of 5 months, payment per month.

It is important to follow the instructions in this document when purchasing your membership.

If you are an existing GMS user, please log in to GMS and follow the instructions below to
purchase the membership category that’s right for you. If you can’t remember your details, please use the ‘forgot password’ function. Please do not create a new account.

IMPORTANT: Once you have completed your membership application on GMS, please
complete and submit the ERFC Member Vehicle & Information Form to register for parking permits. All starred fields must be completed. Please ensure you enter your RFU Exmouth RFC Membership Number, allocated by GMS. (A six digit number, starting with a 7 * * * * *).

Please record any existing registration numbers. Please add any new registration number or change of registration number, this will take 5 working days to come in to effect, from date of purchase.
