- Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified
- Competition is open to all UK residents except Exmouth RFC officers, employees or members of the Exmouth RFC management committee
- Entries can only be made via the method described, for example via the website or social media channel, using the official social media method as described (e.g. Follow Us, Retweet, Like or Share)
- The competition post may be tweeted/posted on several occasions, but the action to win (e.g. Retweet, Like) and the asset involved (e.g. picture or video) will be the same. - The competition closing date is stated on the appropriate social media item
- Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- Winners will be contacted via their social media account and asked for their email address to send the prize to. One attempt to contact will be made and should a response not be received within 12 hours, we reserve the right to randomly select a new winner.
- In the case of free entry prizes, winners will be asked to supply names of those using the prize, who will be required to bring photo ID (e.g. drivers licence) on the day the prize is used.
