Both our tries scored by Helen Rosewarne. A massive effort from the team with again some very new faces to rugby getting a game. We had long periods of very strong defensive work only to be out done by their pace on the wing. The forwards scrummaged extremely well with Abi Davis getting forward of the day. In the backs they saw little of the ball but made ground when they did, Georgia Kew tackling everything that moved and leading the backs around the pitch. A performance that earned her Back of the Day. A massive shift from them all and the score doesn’t flatter the ambition of this our second game of the season.
