Exmouth’s under 8 squad continues to grow in strength following two resounding wins over Sidmouth this week.

In the first match Exmouth beat a strong Sidmouth side 6 tries to 2. Exmouth were well disciplined with good tagging. Eddie Ford in particular was a one- man tagging machine!

 
In the attacking play Exmouth passed well and beat Sidmouth by continually passing the ball and running forward through the Sidmouth defence at every opportunity.

 
Try scorers for Exmouth were Harry Sprague, Owen Tidball, James Mcgowan and Ollie Jones (3).

 
In the second game Sidmouth attacked well but a well-coached solid Exmouth defense kept them at bay. Good teamwork and wide running by the Exmouth side saw them beat Sidmouth 8 tries to 5 in a hard-fought contest.
