Martin Walker, the club's Membership Secretary warmly welcomes you to the club. His introductory letter for the 2010/11 season can be read here:
Please complete the application form and post to the membership secretary with the correct payment. The address can be found printed on the bottom of the form. Becoming a member requires you to agree to the club rules and follow the Clubs Code of Conduct policies.

Players can spread the annual payments by also filling in the Standing Order Form and then return both forms to the Membership Secretary or Team Manager.
Standing Order
Parents / Guardians of Under 18 players on the 1st September 2010 will also need to fill out a medical consent form and return this at the same time as the membership form. | |
