Exmouth 68 - 8 Home

On Saturday the Quins played their re-arranged fixture against Torquay RFC second team and came away with an emphatic win, sixty eight points to eight.
 
As the score suggests the Exmouth side were rarely troubled by a weak Torquay side, in the first half there were four tries scored two from Terry Mears and one a piece for Dave McCarthy and Tom Elliott, with one conversion by Andy Powell, making the half time score twenty two points to three.
 
The second half saw a further nine tries scored, there were tries for Seb Phelps, Matt Ryan, Andy Powell, Russ Sayer, Sean DeLoze and Tom Elliott  ran in his second of the game and Jack Downie ran in two late tries, with Andy Powell kicking a further three conversions.
Torquay scored a try of their own when they capitalized on a lineout error by the Quins, making the final score sixty eight points to eight in Exmouth's favour.
